Doniphan County 4-H Council
Every county 4-H program is led by a 4-H Council. Youth are voted in each by of their respective clubs. These 4-H members represent their clubs. Each 4-H Council meeting is held at 7:00 pm, quarterly. This is a county leadership position that are set up for your youth to learn parliamentary procedure and represent their clubs!
4-H Council members help make decisions on County Fair contests, scholarships, 4-H Friend of the Year Award and many more items!
